BECL is adequately equipped with staff to handle its entire works without constraints. At the head of the Management team is a Fellow and Chartered Quantity Surveyor (fniqs) with over 30 years' experience and he is the Managing Director of the company. We also have an Executive Director who is an Electrical Engineer and a distinguished Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (fnse, fniee) with over 30 years' experience. He is a versatile and a complete engineer as he has experience in design, implementation of designs, maintenance, management and administration. He was the General Manager of the first independent power station in Bayelsa State, Nigeria for seven years.

There are other hardworking Electrical Engineers and professionals with varying number of years of experience and adequately trained in all aspects of works that the company executes. Craft men like cable jointers, linesmen and computer operators are all at the company's disposal. Auto CAD is our primary graphic design tool and we have staff vested with that responsibility beside the fact that all engineering staff can design and interpret drawings.
