Project Management

BITOLK ENGINEERING COMPANY LTD offers full project management procedure with associated services that is tailored to meet clients' specific requirement. For that purpose, we have designed and constructed tools using local technology. The company attaches well qualified and experienced engineers vested with the full authority to effectively manage and control projects of any size. Very large projects that require specialization and large workforce are run on a taskforce basis.

Comprehensive project control systems that have been developed over the years are used by the project managers and their teams form the basis of all project management activities.

Project & Computer Services

The company has a comprehensive range of procedures and systems appropriate to each project that are used to plan tasks to be performed, allocate resources, monitor the works undertaken and the cost incurred. This system is implemented by personnel of the project and computer services group and is headed by the project services manager assigned to the project from the group.

The basis for this control is the master project schedule and budget that would have been established before or immediately after the job award.

Procurement

The procurement department encompasses not only the purchasing of equipment and materials but also the associated monitoring of quality and material control activities. Procurement for each project is placed under a coordinator that is answerable to the project manager.

Staff Training

BITOLK ENGINEERING COMPANY LIMITED believes that the only way a man can be resourceful, confident and have the expertise is to be trained and retrained. We ensure those who have already acquired substantial knowledge in a particular discipline are further trained to repose more confidence in them.

All test equipment applicable to the projects we execute are perfectly operated by our staff. Trainings are normally locally by arranging with companies and government agencies like PHCN and the Nigerian Society of Engineers of which the Chairman is a distinguished fellow.

Bitolk Engineering Company Limited was incorporated in March 1994 with the objective of carrying out electromechanical services and construction in the oil and allied industries.
